Excellent! Called Bill's Locksmith and they had an opening today. They arrived on time and fixed the lock. The staff, on the phone and service technician were professional and appreciative of my business. The lock was fixed quickly and they charged me what they quoted on the phone. Very happy with Bills and will definitely call them again!
One of the keys for my Ford Focus was sticking in the ignition. After examining it, Bill's Locksmith recommended replacing the ignition switch and explained the problems with the existing one. I agreed and they had everything done in about 15 minutes. The price was way less than I would have paid at the dealer.
